WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom or a plain phone call with photographs after — whatever you already use. Nothing to install.
We show you the watch properly
Case, dial, movement, bracelet, the marks a photograph flatters away. Ask us anything and we will point the camera at it.

- A close look at the actual watch, not stock photography
- Honest condition notes — what is original, what has been replaced
- How it is running, and what servicing it has had
- Sizing on the wrist, and what a bracelet adjustment would involve
- A straight answer on the price of the piece on the counter

Questions about a virtual visit
A booked video call so you can see a watch on the Powerscourt counter without travelling first. We reply within a day and pick a slot that suits. It is not a replacement for trying the piece on if you can get to Dublin.

We can reserve it and talk through payment and collection or insured shipping. We would still rather you sat with it in the shop if you can.
No. We will send a simple video link. A phone is enough. Daylight on our end helps more than a fancy camera on yours.
