What we hold and what we source
Only a fraction of what we carry is listed online. Most of it lives in the drawer behind the counter. Ask what we hold. We sell the part; we do not diagnose the watch.

Bracelet links, steel and goldBracelet links and end pieces
Links to lengthen a bracelet, and replacements for the ones that go missing over the years. Ask about finish and fitting before you buy; we sell the part, we do not diagnose the watch.
Crystals and glass
Mineral, acrylic and sapphire crystals in a range of sizes, sold from stock when we have the size.
Crowns, stems and tubes
Held when we have them. Sold as parts, not fitted as a repair job.
Batteries and cells
Good quality cells for most calibres. Fitting a battery is one of the two bench jobs we still take.
Gaskets and seals
Case back, crown and pusher seals sold from the drawer when we have the size. We do not take reseal jobs.
Hands, dials and movements
Harder to hold and specific to the reference. Ask what is in the drawer. We do not take movement work.
Sold from the drawer
We sell the part. We do not take the watch in to diagnose it or fit anything beyond a battery or a strap.

We check the drawer first
A surprising amount of what people need is already here. That is always the fastest answer, so it is where we start.
- Step 3
You buy the part
If we have it, you can take it away. We do not diagnose the watch or take it in for other work.
- Step 4
Battery or strap fitting only
Battery replacement and strap replacement are done on this floor.

Most of what we hold never appears online. Ask about the brand, model and reference and we will check the drawer. The cost depends on the part and the watch.
Some parts are not available to independent shops. We will tell you that rather than keep you waiting. We sell parts. We do not take repair jobs beyond a battery or a strap.

If you already know the part, we can check the drawer.
Where genuine manufacturer parts are available to us, that is what we sell and we will say so. For older references, generic equivalents are sometimes the only thing that exists.
