The shop is on the second floor of the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, 59 William Street South, Dublin 2, D02 HV00. Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 18:00. Sunday we are closed. The stairs are the same ones people used when the door still said Kish Jewellers.
If Maps still shows the old name, ignore it. Same door, same bench. The phone is 01 679 9107.
Powerscourt itself is a Georgian townhouse at 59 South William Street, just off Grafton Street, with more than forty shops and restaurants inside (Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, Visit Dublin). The centre’s public hours are longer than ours. We open at 11:00.
What you need to know
- Second floor of Powerscourt, not a window on Grafton Street.
- Walk in 11:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
- Call first if you are travelling for one watch. The trays change.
How do you find the shop?
Come in off William Street South, through the courtyard, then stairs or lift to the second floor. Visit Dublin lists the same street address: 59 William St S, Dublin 2. We are a shop and a workshop. If you have a specific piece in mind, send a message so it is on the pad when you arrive.
The shop page is a current list, not a promise. A watch you saw last Tuesday may already be on someone else’s wrist. That is normal. Ring us if you are coming across town for one piece.

What should you bring?
For a try-on: the shirt or cuff you will actually wear it with, if you care about that. We have time on a quiet afternoon. If you mainly want to feel a piece on the wrist, start with trying on a vintage watch in Dublin.
For a repair: the watch, any box or papers you still have, and a note of what it is doing wrong. A photograph sent first helps if you cannot get in this week. Do not empty the movement yourself. Do not leave a dead cell in a plated case for a year and hope. Bring it in.
What is a first visit like?
You sit with the watch. Tibor will tell you whether the crown looks original and whether we would put our name on the ticket. You are not buying from a warehouse photograph.

We do not take a deposit over a form. An enquiry on the site is a message to the shop, not a checkout.
Sunday the centre may be open. We are not. If you are in Dublin only on a Sunday, write first and we will tell you what can wait until Monday.
